2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions govern the online sale of perfumes and fragrance products through amarmaison.it. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms apply exclusively to end consumers (natural persons) residing in Italy.
3. Products and Prices
All prices displayed on the site are in Euros (€) and inclusive of VAT.
Amar Maison reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect already confirmed orders.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. There may be slight differences between the image and the physical product (bottle colour, packaging).
4. Order Process
To place a purchase:
- Select the product and add it to the cart
- Proceed to checkout by entering shipping and billing details
- Select payment method
- Confirm the order
An order is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from Amar Maison. Amar Maison reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
Payments are securely processed through certified gateways (Shopify Payments / PayPal). Amar Maison does not store credit card data.

8. Legal Guarantees
Products sold by Amar Maison are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005, arts. 128-135) and EU Directive 2019/771. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on amarmaison.it (texts, images, logos, design, trademarks) is the exclusive property of Global Macro Trade Srl or the respective rights holders and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Amar Maison is not liable for delivery delays due to force majeure, strikes, health emergencies or events beyond its control.
Product information (descriptions, olfactory notes) is provided for guidance purposes only. Fragrances are subjective and perceptions may vary from person to person.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Brescia, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of the consumer.

12. Amendments
Amar Maison reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the site. We recommend checking this page periodically.
